Wherever possible each video has been kept to a maximum time of five minutes to give children time to have a stretch and break between each segment. It is not necessary for the child to watch the entire series in one sitting if they have a short concentration span.
Make sure that the downloadable workbook is printed off before starting so that children can do the activities mentioned in the videos.
